Zach Mammon is a seasoned corporate lawyer with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies, healthcare services transactions and fractional general counsel services. With dual admission to the bars of the Province of Ontario and the State of New York, Zach brings a uniquely cross-border and commercially attuned perspective to his legal practice. Zach began his career at Blakes, one of Canada’s top business law firms, where he advised on complex domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity investments, and venture financings. He has represented leading institutional investors, healthcare acquirers and high-growth startups. Zach later joined Corus Orthodontists, a North America-wide healthcare platform, where he served in a hybrid legal and corporate strategy role. In this role, he led end-to-end M&A transactions and developed strategic legal frameworks for scaling a multi-location healthcare platform. In consultation with the company’s board of directors and management team, Zach led the evolution of the company’s corporate model and acquisition structure. Through this blend of top-tier law firm and in-house experience, Zach offers clients not only technical legal expertise but pragmatic, business-focused counsel. He understands the dynamics of high-stakes transactions, the priorities of founders and operators, and the legal nuances unique to healthcare and other professional services platforms.
